As we enter our fifth year providing eco refills in Ross-shire we want to make sure we are as sustainable and "customer friendly" as possible.

One of the things we have noticed this year is that the majority of our customers are opting for "Contact & Collect" as the preferred way to shop, often outwith the opening times. If a customer is traveling into Dingwall in the morning it isn't always convenient to visit us during our afternoon opening times.

With that in mind we have decided to operate a new shop opening system.

Rather than have specific opening times, customers can contact us via text, phone, DM or using the "Contact Us" page of the website. All you need to do is let us know when you would like to pop to the shop and we will arrange the most convenient slot for you to visit. In some instances we may even be able to deliver! We hope this will make shopping at @wyvisrefillsandecoessentials as convenient as possible for everyone
